Yes, we want to keep luring you back to this special place for a long time to come – completely without Photoshop. A lot has happened here at Hotel Christof over the past few years: we’ve built using local wood, fitted curtains made from recycled ocean plastic, and all the halligalli around here is powered by green electricity (because we don’t just sweep in front of our own doorstep). We heat with regional wood waste and smart heat recovery – unless, of course, our live acts at the bar are doing the heating themselves. Sustainability isn’t a trend. It’s an attitude.

So here’s the deal: LEDs? Check. Waste? Sorted (90%!!). Style? Staying. First thing in the morning, organic toiletries are waiting for you in the bathroom. At breakfast? Everything plastic-free, reusable – or simply unpackaged. Why does it taste so good? Because it comes from nearby – from the farmer, the forest or local suppliers. And because we think of everyone: we clean without chemicals, and coffee capsules go into recycling, not the trash. It just tastes better – for you and for the world.
