WINE, DINE & SUNSHINE.

That food and drinks are the three most important things at Hotel Christof is no secret anymore. That dinner is served sharp at 7:30 pm too. And that breakfast is damn good as well. What else should we tell you? Well. There’s a glass igloo outside for an intimate dinner for two. For a bit more noise & chaos, there are garden BBQs and live concerts at the bar. What else? Nespresso? No thanks. We prefer an Espresso Martini. Shaken, not stirred. (What else.)

We really do serve dinner right at 7:30 pm. That’s how we get what Italians like to call a nice “ritmo”. Together. That doesn’t mean there’s no privacy. Quite the opposite.

Yes, it’s true. What do we serve? Damn good food. You can choose, of course: meat, vegan or vegetarian. But honestly—enough with the blah blah. Just come. And taste it.

We all love feeling at home outside. You just have to understand one thing: Welsberg is in the mountains. Which means it can be a bit fresh — in winter and in summer. In summer, that’s actually a good thing. That’s why host weekly garden BBQs and outdoor parties.

On top of that we placed a glass sphere in the garden. With music, a great view on the nightsky and a deer. But it’s only for romantics. Dinner for two… you know. Can be requested in advance.

PARTIES & DRINKS

What the hell are FRINKS? Well… FRee drINKS. You’ll find them at Christof’s bar sometimes. Not always. Just like our parties (properly translated: celebrations). They happen on Friday nights, with live music. Sometimes with a DJ. Even better: a DJane. Don’t worry. That doesn’t make us an Ibiza hotel in the mountains. But we’re definitely not a dead-quiet wellness place with a piano man either.
