WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
– Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: free of charge
– Cancellation from 44 to 30 days before arrival: €50 handling fee
– Cancellation from 29 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total stay
– Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total stay
– No-show: 100% of the total stay
Not being able to take a trip you’ve booked – unexpectedly – is frustrating enough. To avoid any financial loss on top of that, it makes sense to plan ahead.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW (BEFORE YOU PACK YOUR BAGS)
Your room is ready from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 11:00 am.
All prices are per room, including half board, in a double room (unless booked otherwise).
For single use of a double room, a supplement of 1.5 times the daily rate applies.
If half board is not used, €15 per person will be credited.
Booked bed & breakfast only?
No problem. You can add our evening menu on site for €35.
Bathrobe rental in the Basic room: €10 one-time fee (included in the Rooftop).
All prices are plus €3.50 tourist tax per person and per day (from the age of 14).
IS HOTEL CHRISTOF SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
That depends on how cool your kids are. If they love nature, the pool and a bit of adventure – then yes, absolutely.
Children can sleep in the room with their parents. With two paying adults, the following rates apply:
– Minis (up to 2 years): €25 per night in your room
– Smalls (3–5 years): pay only half
– Middles (6–12 years): 25% discount
– Almost grown-ups (from 13 years): 20% discount

WHAT ABOUT YOUR FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND?
Dogs are welcome on request. The cost is €15 per day, food not included.
