Cancellation conditions ‘winter’ 2022/23
Covid-19 cancellation situation:
Due tot he current difficult situation, weh ave relaxed our cancellation conditions. Should
a journey not be possibile due tot he corona virus, a free cancellation is possibile.
(entry ban, renewed lockdown, quarantine)
Otherwise our normal cancellation conditions apply:
In case of cancellation made with a least 15 days from your arrival day, is free. In case
Of cancellation with a notice up to 14 days tob e calculated from your arrival day, the
bookingdeposit will be retained.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge 100% oft the
price oft he remaining hotel service booked but not used. It only the dinner / breakfast
price will be deducted.
Deposit
Your reservation is valid upon receipt of a deposit oft he first night.
Room & Payment
- Your room will be ready for you from 14.00 on the day of your arrival. We ask that you vacate the room by 11.00 on the day of your departure.
- The prices given are per person including half-board in a double room
- Child prices are valid in the room with the parents and two full pay adults.Up to 2,9 years € 25, 3 to 5 years – 50 %, 6 to 12 years – 25 % and 13 years and older: – 20%
- The prices given do not include the tourism tax of 2,10 per person (from 14 years) and day.
- Four- legged companions. For your dog we charge 15 € per day without food.
